Hi, I am Chris Novak. Thanks for taking an interest in my work. Let me take you on a little visit inside my world. Design has been a constant in my life for over a decade and I still get excited with every new project. From developing concepts to solving unique challenges along the way, I pride myself on delivering smart and conceptual work.

Be it B2B, B2C, or e-commerce, I’ve had the privilege to work on a multitude of clients. Startups or enterprise level, no matter the size or scope of the project, I always give my all.

And on my days off? You’ll find me in nature, catching a movie, or a show, maybe a gallery. I find inspiration everywhere. Travel is also high on my list of favorite things to do. I’m heading to Japan once the world opens back up and I literally cannot wait.

I can also be a bit of a homebody. You can find me watching content creators with my cats or playing PC games with my friends.

At my very core, growth has always been my main driving force. I continue to push myself and hope to inspire others through my leadership and experience.

Create and build UI/UX Design

I believe all facets play an integral part in the process when it comes to design. Whether creating a clean and beautiful UI with UX, developing personas, user journeys, or analyzing data to develop solutions, every part of the process has its unique details, all of which I find fascinating. Creation and execution are the bookends of the design process, but what’s in between is what I find most exciting. The buildstorming, planning and development of holistic client solutions just might be my favorite part of the entire process.

Cultivate Client Relationships

I am not solely focused on design. I’ve learned that developing strong client relationships is the cornerstone of the agency model. And it’s one of my favorite responsibilities. I’ve had the privilege of building and fostering these relationships, which allow me to build up my skills as a designer and as a leader. Doing so opens up new doors to future work and other relationships. With solid relationships comes trust. And trust is always at the center of growth – growth for my work and my clients.

Inspire Growth

Building a strong team is crucial to producing good work. I’ve learned that growing together and creating a positive work environment leads to success in the creative process. It’s a give and take. My peers allow me to continue to grow creatively, professionally, and individually. Whether it’s bringing new ideas to the table, giving, or getting feedback, it starts from within. Collaboration and listening to each other are key to developing a unified creative process.
