I redesigned the entire digital branding based upon their new bolder branding. With this redesign, I was able to give each location a page so users would be able to learn about the different locations. I incorporated their MindBody CRM to allow their customers to take care of sign-ups and scheduling through their website.
Cross Kicks Fitness
As Cross Kicks Fitness outgrew their current website, they needed to update to a more robust user experience that incorporated their CRM into their new website, promoted conversions for their unique classes, and provided their clients an easier way to sign up across all their locations.
By working with the owner, we adjusted the sitemap so they could promote their unique workout system. Getting people into the gym was the most crucial conversion. We highlighted the free workout with multiple call-to-actions. Once clicked, we provided an easy way for the user to schedule and book an appointment through the CRM API.
With their new flagship gym opening up, they created a bold new branding for that gym that I incorporated into the website’s design. We also updated all the photography and included video to get users excited to get into shape.
Signups have continued to increase, especially online, due to these updates. The individual gyms can now manage their clients instead of having to work through a master record. Due to increased sales, they are expanding to a 5th location this year.
